  1. Will DiskLogon work with my company’s Novell Client Login?

    DiskLogon is currently unable to work with Novell Client Logon. If your computer has installed other logon software, like Fingerprint or Face Recognition, you may not install DiskLogon to your computer. Or you must uninstall other logon software and then install DiskLogon.

     

  2. Users lost their memory cards and DiskLogon prohibits them from logging on.

    If you lost your memory card and DiskLogon prohibits you to enter password to log on to your computer, you must uninstall DiskLogon from your computer under Safe Mode:

    1. Restart your computer and press F8 button
    2. Select Safe Mode and press ENTER
    3. When the "Log On to Windows" dialog box appears, enter your password to log on to Windows.
    4. Under Safe Mode, uninstall DiskLogon and restart
    5. Once you uninstall DiskLogon and restart the computer, you can enter your password and log on to Windows under normal mode. You can also reinstall your DiskLogon. DiskLogon installer will delete previous settings so that you can enter your password and log on to Windows.
